At Serpent & the Swan, we want you to adore your new piece of jewelry, so if you are not in love with your item we will provide you with a refund or exchange for unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased, and you will be issued a refund minus the cost of shipping. You can then place a new order or a secure invoice can be emailed to you. We do not cover the cost of shipping for domestic and international exchanges.
All items on markdown, items paid with store credit, items that are pre-ordered, customized pieces, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales, can not be returned.
